Basic Information

The rate include

- Rental of the vehicle by specified rates on rental agreement unlimited
  mileage, kasko insurance (CDW and TP).

The rate exclude

- Collision Damage Waiver CDW+(optionally), the domage is full covered
- Personal Accident Insurance, PAI (optionally),
- Fuel and fuel charge service,
- Taxes,
- Collection and delivery.

Driver's age

- Minimum is 21 years old
- Valid driving licence must be in the driver's possesion for at least 2 years

Minimum rental charge

- Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
- If daily rate is exceeded by more than 2 hours additional day will be charged.

Payment

- You can pay with cash or with bank cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's and Maestro.

Guarantee

- Garantee will be realized by credit card ( for some group of the cars 2 credit cards should be given as guarantee).

Insurance

- All vehicles owned by Intercar insured for damage cause to the third parties. The insurance company covers the damage caused
  by our car up to the amount determined by the law. The collision damage waiver and theft protection are obligatory and have to be
  paid per scale on the tariff list. Taking the collision damage waiver CDW, the renters will not be charged for the damage not more
  than amount of non waivable excess regarding to the tariff list for each group. Taking collision damage waiver+, CDW+, the damage
  is fully covered. CDW and CDW+ are not comprenhensive insurances and do not cover the damage to the tires, whels, under side of
  the car and the interior of the car. Theft protection TP, is not provided insurance for areas considered as a risk teritory.
- For this damage client nead to pay.
- The Insurens is not cover the lablitis of the client for damages and losses in the risk territores and war zones,not walid if is car is
  stolen. If client give wrong informacion when he rent the vehicle he can not use any insurens.

Reservation Guarantee

reservation are accepted and can be guaranteed only by car category (economic, compact, intermediate, standard, etc.). Car model preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at time of booking.
